Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange if the products you have purchased have a manufacturing fault.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: email@example.com
To start the process, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, incorrect)
- What you'd like (exchange or refund)
How to return:
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage.
- We do not accept any parcels that require payment on pick-up, and these will be refused. Please ensure shipping is fully paid for in advance or contact us if assistance is needed.
- Place your items you‘re returning into the parcel and seal it up securely.
- Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to our address. We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
- Upon receipt of the item/s, we will inspect them and if they are returned in accordance with this Refunds & Returns Policy and we are satisfied that you are entitled to a refund or exchange, we will issue you with a refund or exchange.
